InSight Mentoring Program
- Our InSight Mentoring Pogram is a three-year outreach program where Mentors provide intensive support to Winnipeg Indigenous women who are pregnant and/or have had a baby within the last 12 months.
- InSight is a voluntary, evidence-based outreach program which provides support services to pregnant and post-natal women who are living with addiction (alcohol and/or substance) and would benefit from connections to community resources.
Support and Advocacy
InSight will provide the following supports and advocacy:
- referrals to addictions supports;
- access to prenatal and infant care;
- assistance with child custody personal safety, income security housing, harm reduction, family planning; and
- support in setting and achieving personal goals.
Criteria
InSight provides services to women who:
- are pregnant or have given birth within the last 12 months;
- are 18 years of age or older;
- are living with challenging life circumstances and are not well connected with community service;
- are voluntarily involved in the program; and
- self-identify as being of Indigenous origin.

Closed during lunch hour
12:00PM to 1:00PM
