The Aboriginal Health & Wellness Centre of Winnipeg Inc. is proud to support 13 programs covering a wide concern of needs from housing support to addiction care.

RAAM

Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine (RAAM) is devoted to helping our constituents with their healing journey.

Headstart

Promotes healthy child development from three to five years of age.

Ni-Apin

Housing First and programming and services for Urban Indigenous individuals who are either experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness.

InSight Mentoring

A three-year outreach program where Mentors provide intensive support to Winnipeg Indigenous women who are pregnant and/or have had a baby within the last 12 months.

Child Support Programs

Headstart

Promotes healthy child development for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit children three to five years of age.

InSight Mentoring

A three-year outreach program where Mentors provide intensive support to Winnipeg Indigenous women who are pregnant and/or have had a baby within the last 12 months.

Abinotci–Mino Ayawin (Children’s Healing)

A voluntary home visiting program which supports Indigenous families and caregivers living in Winnipeg who are expecting a child and/or have children up to six years of age residing in their home.
